Lisa has 25 years’ experience as a design communication specialist, focusing on corporate identity reporting, infographics and mapping, as well as digital platforms including explainer videos, animation, websites and social. She is expert at planning, ideating, problem-solving, leading and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, finding solutions relating to infrastructure, rail, transport, health, environment and sustainability.
Her diverse background in design and advertising agencies, government departments and in-house design studios allows her to successfully deliver unique communications to large and complex problems. From concept to delivery, she works always with the end user at the forefront. Lisa has significant expertise in brand and implementation, she designed the V/Line corporate identity along with the initial style guide 20 years ago. It is still on the tracks today.
Nicole Verges 
Director/Studio Lead
Nicole has been managing creative teams for more than 10 years. With a strong background in project management and production, Nicole is an asset to any creative project as she can streamline processes, resource as required and ensure a consistent lens across creative development and design.
Her high attention to detail and timely workflow contributes to the successful day-to-day running of the creative team and studio where high pressured projects can be handled with professionalism and care.
With a passion for strategic, effective communication and exploring possibilities for a multidisciplinary approach, Nicole is a seasoned creative manager who encourages out of the box thinking to provide engaging and thought-provoking design while pushing boundaries and seeking new ways of working.
James Saunders
Associate Director
James has been a designer since 2006 and Art Director since 2019. He has delved deep into creating and directing in numerous spaces including branding, publication, web design and advertising.
His passion for superior communication inspires him to form an in depth understanding of complex stories delivered as distilled design pieces. James outworks your message creatively with tailored solutions to brand, client and people perspective. With a wide repertoire of skills, he manages the creative process end-to-end with attention to tone and detail.
His extensive awareness in print and digital mediums, art and conceptual direction, customer and user experience will be used to see your projects flourish.
